we both discussed our options, and termination seems like the logical choice. i am from a very catholic family and telling them of pregnancy outside of marriage (or abortion) is not going to happen. i have my abortion scheduled for saturday. i can’t eat, can’t sleep, and can’t focus on work. i am going to feel relieved when this is over, but i am very conflicted about the morality of my decision in light of my upbringing. neither one of us is ready for a child. we’re educated and generally upstanding people. i’m just terrified of what my long term emotional needs will be. i have scheduled time already with a therapist for post-procedure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
