i very unexpected became pregnant when i was 28. i had a good well paid full time job and my own home as did my partner. my mother had put a lot of pressure on me for a grandchild, that made this decision so much harder. i never told my mother. this was the right decision for my partner and i at the time. it wasn’t that we couldn’t do it but the timing wasn’t right. i still think about it a lot. i am so blessed i had the resources and could make that decision. no woman makes this choice lightly.
