what is echo:
engaging communities around hiv organizing (echo) is a year-long organizing leadership development program for young people living with hiv. members of echo will be provided with personal, professional and political development to enhance their organizing and mobilizing skills.
what is echo’s framework:
using a social justice framework, echo seeks to shift culture and policy by elevating the voices of young people living with hiv. echo leaders work to increase the inclusion of young people living with hiv in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of reproductive justice related programming and policies, especially on 世界杯赛程2022赛程表中国 of lgbtq health and rights, immigrant rights, and sexual and reproductive health and rights.
who should apply to echo:
young people living with hiv ages 14 – 24 who are actively and/or want to be involved with hiv advocacy and organizing in their communities, college campuses and/or in the digital (social 世界杯2022亚洲预选赛b组 ) space. all applicants must be available to attend the youth activist institute from september 5-9th.
