i didn’t know until it was too late. three weeks later, i started to cramp up, but i never got my period. i took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. i got in a cab and went straight to planned parenthood. they told me i was pregnant and laid out my options for me. i come from a family of 6 kids and have always dreamed about having my own family, but i knew that i was in no position to raise a child. three weeks later i had an abortion. it was hard, but not a hard decision. i know that when i do start my own family, i will be in the best possible position to do so, and everyone will benefit.
