i was 21 with a 9 month old and a boyfriend who was a drug addict. he wasn’t there for our daughter and always put his habit before us….he couldn’t even hold a job.

then. i found out i was pregnant. he would argue with me until i was bawling because i didn’t want to keep the pregnancy. so….12 weeks in, he disappeared with his habit for a couple days. i made the call and travelled a couple hours to get my abortion done. no matter what, i did want that child but i wasnt ready to be a single mom to two kids.

on the plus side, after telling him what i had done, my boyfriend finally got help and sobered up and is actually around for our daughter.
